​At BFA we offer in person film camps to young artists age 7-14 in Brevard County, Florida. Our young artists will gain hands-on experience, knowledge and confidence in the craft of filmmaking through a collaborative and safe learning environment.

 

​We encourage our young artists to express themselves and share their creative thoughts and ideas during the entire process from pre-production to post production. At the end of each week, the finished project will have a private screening for family and friends, complete with a Q&A from our young artists.​​

WEEK 1 // JUNE 2-6, 2025

SCI-FI WEEK

​Do you like robots, aliens or time-travel? Anything can happen this week. "Where we’re going, we don’t need roads." Just don’t forget your flux capacitor!

COMEDY WEEK

If you like silly situations, funny jokes or just like to laugh…this is your week. You might say, “Surely, you can’t be serious!” To which we reply, “I am serious. And don’t call me Shirley.”

THRILLER WEEK

Was it Professor Plum with the knife in the basement? Or was it Miss Scarlet with a rope in the kitchen? You decide this week as we dive into the wonder and suspense. One thing is for sure…"We are going to need a bigger boat."

ACTION WEEK

Get your superhero cape, lightsaber or bullwhip! We’ll capture all the action and adventure as we fly through this week. Always remember that a hero’s journey is never easy. "With great power comes great responsibility."
